Welcome to the 23rd Dalian International Walking Festival!

The 23rd Dalian International Walking Festival will be held on May 17th and 18th, 2025 at Xinghai Square Binhai Road as main venue and and nine sub-venues.

The Dalian Walking Association, established in 1989, is a social organization affiliated with the Dalian Sports Bureau. The association aims to promote walking as a beneficial and healthy leisure activity, encourage participation in walking events through incentive reward programs, and enhance international understanding and friendship.

The Dalian International Walking Festival was first held in 2003, and Dalian officially became a member of the International Marching League (IML) at the general meeting held in the United States in 2006. So far, the number of participants in the walking festival has exceeded 200,000 every year.
